Disclaimer

Last updated: September 29, 2026

BangkokVacay.com (the "Website") is an independent travel guide and business directory for Bangkok, Thailand, operated by Cloudalien Technologies LLC. Please read this disclaimer together with our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

General information only

Everything on the Website is for general information. We research our listings and articles and check key facts against official sources, but details such as opening hours, prices, menus, events, tour and boat schedules, transit service and entry rules change frequently. Information may be incomplete or out of date by the time you read it. Always confirm with the business or official source before you rely on it.

No professional advice

Nothing on the Website is legal, financial, medical or safety advice. Boat trips, street food, heat, traffic and other travel activities carry real risks, and conditions can change quickly. Follow posted rules and local authorities.

Independence

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Tourism Authority of Thailand, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration or the businesses we list, unless a placement is clearly labeled as sponsored. Trademarks and business names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

Affiliate links

Some links on the Website are affiliate links, including links to Expedia, Klook and other booking partners. If you book or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Sponsored listings and placements, if any, are labeled "Sponsored." Commissions help keep the Website free, but they do not decide which businesses we cover or what we say about them.

Listings and reviews

Business listings may be created by us from public information or managed by the business owner. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide. Reviews and user content reflect the views of their authors, not ours.

Photos and maps

Some photos and map information are provided by Google Maps and credited to their contributors. Other photos are used with permission or under their licenses, with credit shown where required.

External links

We link to other websites for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, products, services or privacy practices.
