Japan Expo Thailand, a three-day festival of Japanese culture, food, travel and business, returns to centralwOrld at Ratchaprasong from Friday, February 26 to Sunday, February 28, 2027. Admission is free. The 2027 show is the 12th edition and celebrates the 140th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Japan.

The organizers present it as the biggest all-Japan event in Asia. It brings together Japanese brands, companies, organizations and creators, with a program that runs from anime and pop culture to food, tourism, education and business, plus special activities across all three days.

Good to know

Entry is free, so there is no ticket to buy; check the timetable page on the official site once it is posted to plan around the stage shows. The expo shares centralwOrld with the mall's shops and restaurants, so it is easy to combine with a shopping afternoon at Ratchaprasong.

Getting there

centralwOrld is on Rama I Road. On the BTS Sukhumvit Line, use Chit Lom Exit 1 or Siam Exit 4; Silom Line riders can also use Siam Exit 4.
