Who is performing

The Bangkok Combined Choir and Orchestra brings together two community ensembles. The Bangkok Combined Choir was founded in 1953 by Mary Chaffee. The Bangkok International Community Orchestra, a multinational symphony orchestra, was founded in 2009 by Rear Admiral Veeraphan Wawklang, a National Artist of Thailand, and is led today by Charunee Hongcharu.

Admission is free. The RBSO program page did not link to a ticket seller when we checked; watch the page for any seat reservation before the date, as the Main Hall's free concerts can fill up.

Getting there

The Thailand Cultural Centre is on Thiam Ruam Mit Road in Huai Khwang, next to the MRT station of the same name.

A week later, the RBSO plays its own holiday program, Sound of the Seasons, in the same hall on December 20. Earlier in the season, the orchestra performs Forever in Our Hearts on October 21.
