The World Gourmet Festival is the Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel's annual week of guest-chef dinners, held this year from Tuesday, September 29 to Sunday, October 4, 2026 at the hotel on Ratchadamri Road. Visiting chefs from abroad cook alongside Thai chefs in the hotel's own restaurants, and each dinner is booked as its own ticketed event.

Schedule

• Tuesday, September 29: opening gala dinner in the Grand Ballroom, 6-10 p.m., with the full chef line-up, including Julien Royer, Dave Pynt and Alvaro Clavijo.
• Wednesday, September 30 to Saturday, October 3: chef dinners at Madison Steak Avenue, Spice Market, Biscotti and Guilty, 6-10 p.m., plus a guest afternoon tea in The Lobby, 2-6 p.m.
• Saturday, October 3: World Food Fair in the Grand Ballroom, noon-6 p.m., with artisan producers, tastings and a world record attempt at the longest mango sticky rice.
• Sunday, October 4: closing brunch at Parichart Court, noon-3:30 p.m.

Every dinner, tea and the brunch is booked separately through the links on the festival schedule, and several dinners were already sold out when we checked. Prices are not listed on the schedule page itself; they appear on each booking page.

Getting there

The hotel is on Ratchadamri Road, about a minute's walk from Exit 4 of BTS Ratchadamri, with CentralWorld and Gaysorn Village a short stroll north. Lumphini Park is at the southern end of the road.
