The most reliable places to buy Wacoal bras in Bangkok are the brand's own Wacoal Shops, which Thai Wacoal lists on its official store locator, including branches in Siam Square One, MBK Center, Terminal 21 Asok and The Old Siam Plaza. Department stores and Wacoal's own Thai online store are the other safe routes. Buying from these channels, rather than a market stall, is the simplest way to be sure the bra is genuine.

- Siam Square One: unit SS3022-23 in the Siam Square One building on Rama I Road. It is a short walk from the Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok, roughly 450 meters away in a straight line, and close to the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre.
- MBK Center: a Wacoal Shop on the first floor of MBK Center on Phaya Thai Road, useful if you are already shopping for electronics or souvenirs in the mall.
- Wacoal Studio, Big C Ratchadamri: on the first floor of the Big C Supercenter on Ratchadamri Road, about 300 meters from the Erawan Shrine. The "Studio" branches sit inside hypermarkets rather than malls.
Sukhumvit
- Terminal 21 Asok: first floor of Terminal 21 at Sukhumvit Soi 19. For guests at the Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok, the mall is under a kilometer away.
- Wacoal Studio, Lotus's Rama 4: inside the Lotus's store at 3300 Rama IV Road, Khlong Toei, for those staying at the southern end of Sukhumvit.
Old City and Chinatown
- The Old Siam Plaza: first floor of the shopping center on Phahurat Road, in Phra Nakhon. If you are sightseeing, it is about 700 meters from Museum Siam and a little farther from Wat Pho.
- I'm Chinatown: units F1-9 and F1-10 on the first floor of the I'm Chinatown mall on Charoen Krung Road, in Pom Prap Sattru Phai district.
Farther out, still in Bangkok
The official list also includes Wacoal Shops at Terminal 21 Rama 3, Fashion Island on Ram Inthra Road, Seacon Square Srinakarin, Seacon Bangkae, The Paseo Park Kanchanaphisek and Gateway at Bang Sue, plus Wacoal branches at BTS Mo Chit station and at Vejthani Hospital in Bang Kapi. These suit residents more than short-stay visitors.
Several branches on the list are just outside the city limits in Samut Prakan, including Mega Bangna, Central Village and Siam Premium Outlet. Check the address before you go, because a trip to Samut Prakan can take much longer than it looks on a map.
Department stores and online
Wacoal is also sold through Thai department stores. Central's online store carries the brand, so the lingerie floor at a Central department store is worth checking, but ranges vary by branch. Call ahead if you need a particular style or size.
Wacoal Thailand's own online store sells the full range and states that it delivers free once payment is complete, in about two to three days within Bangkok and its surrounding provinces. It has a LINE account (@wacoal.th) for questions. That is a good option if your size is out of stock in the shop, but it only helps if you will be at one address for a few days.
What to look for in the Thai range
The Thai Wacoal site groups its bras by need, which is useful when you are shopping in a language you don't read. Names you will see on tags and shelf signs include:
- Curve Diva: the line for larger cups and plus sizes, alongside a collection going up to cup G.
- Wireless and Smart Size: wire-free bras, and a range sized S to XL rather than by band and cup.
- Wacoal Mood: the teen and young-adult line.
- Bloom and Teen: first bras for girls aged roughly 8 to 15.
- Maternity: nursing and pregnancy bras.
- Wacoal Gold: made for sensitive skin.
- Balancing Bra: bras made to hold breast forms (prostheses), sold alongside the forms themselves.
Practical tips
- Get measured. Sizes on Thai tags may not match what you wear at home, so ask the staff to measure you and try on before you buy. The Siam Square One shop, for one, has a fitting room.
- Take a photo of the tag. If you find a style that fits, the style code makes it easy to reorder online later.
- Look for sale rails. Shops run in-store promotions, but discounts change, so treat any number you see online as a guide only.
