The Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra's Forever in Our Hearts concert is a program in remembrance of King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 7:30 pm in the Main Hall of the Thailand Cultural Centre. Douglas Bostock conducts, and French harpist Emmanuel Ceysson is the soloist.

Program

• Jean Sibelius: Finlandia, Op. 26
• Narongrit Dhamabutra: Harp Concerto "In Memoriam", with Emmanuel Ceysson
• Antonin Dvorak: Symphony No. 9 in E minor, "From the New World", Op. 95

The concert falls in the month of the anniversary of King Bhumibol's passing on October 13, a period when many Thai cultural institutions program memorial events.

Tickets

Tickets are 600, 900, 1,500, 2,000 and 2,500 baht through Thai Ticket Major, which the RBSO links from its program page.

Getting there

The Thailand Cultural Centre is on Thiam Ruam Mit Road in Huai Khwang, beside the MRT station of the same name. The MRT is the practical choice for a weeknight 7:30 pm start, as Ratchadaphisek Road is congested in the evening.
