The airport shuttle

The hotel runs a complimentary shuttle bus to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport for all guests, with scheduled departures around the clock. Seats must be reserved in advance, so ask the hotel for the timetable when you book and confirm it before you fly.

Rooms and suites

Nine room types run from the Deluxe Room to Grand Deluxe rooms with canal, pool or garden views, a Premier Corner Room, the Premier and Jacuzzi suites and the 120-square-meter Executive Residence. Children under 12 stay free using the existing beds.

Restaurants and bars

Karaked Cafe serves Thai food, Chada Restaurant mixes Thai and international dishes, Diva Lounge in the lobby does coffee, tea and pastries from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Chalom Bar serves drinks and light snacks by the pool from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Pool and wellness

The outdoor pool is open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Praan Wellness & Onsen, at the resort entrance, offers Thai, foot and aroma massages, a Japanese-style onsen and a steam room from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., which helps after a long-haul flight. There is also a fitness center.

Getting there

Most guests arrive on the hotel shuttle or by taxi from Suvarnabhumi, 20 to 25 minutes by car. The hotel is outside the City of Bangkok and not near a train line, so for a day in central Bangkok plan on a taxi or ride-hailing car and allow for traffic.

Before you book

Check-in is from 2 p.m. and check-out is by noon, and the front desk is open 24 hours. Reserve the shuttle at the same time as the room, and expect a refundable THB 1,000 deposit per room at check-in.
