An overview of Siam Amazing Park, in Khan Na Yao district Photo above: กิตติพร รักวิจิตรกุล via Google
Bangkok's big family days come down to four places: SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World, an indoor aquarium inside Siam Paragon; Siam Amazing Park, the water park and rides on the eastern edge of the city; Safari World, a drive-through safari with shows in the northeast; and Dream World, the classic theme park north of the city. Three are inside the City of Bangkok. Dream World is not: it is in Thanyaburi district of Pathum Thani province.
Below, where each one is, the hours and ticket figures from its own website on October 3, 2026, and who each suits. Ticket prices and promotions change often, so use the numbers as a guide and confirm on the day.

SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World
This is the easy one: it is indoors, it is on the BTS, and the aquarium suggests allowing at least 90 minutes. It sits at the heart of Siam, so it pairs well with a morning or afternoon at the malls, and it is the safest choice when it rains. SEA LIFE's own ticket page also lists a Big Ticket with Madame Tussauds Bangkok and a bundle with the Mahanakhon SkyWalk, so look at those if you plan a second attraction. The aquarium recommends buying online and choosing a mobile ticket to skip the ticket desk. Klook also sells the SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World ticket; compare its price with the aquarium's own online price before you book. Our SEA LIFE Bangkok listing has the details, and the Siam Paragon listing covers the mall.

Siam Amazing Park
Siam Amazing Park is the amusement and water park long known as Siam Park City, in Khan Na Yao district, which is inside Bangkok. The park's website lists zones for water rides, thrill rides, family rides and small children, and its standard price is set by height rather than age. One caution before you plan around it: The park's own site (siamamazingpark.com, checked 3 October 2026) carries a Temporary Closure Notice: the park closed on 26 September 2026 after severe flooding in the area, with an estimated recovery period of about 6 months and no reopening date given. Check the park's site for a reopening date before you plan a trip or buy tickets. Klook lists the Siam Amazing Park ticket, and our Siam Amazing Park listing has the address and map. The park's FAQ includes a page on swim attire in the water park, so read it before you pack.
Safari World
Safari World is in Khlong Sam Wa district on Bangkok's northeastern edge, and it combines a drive-through safari with a walk-around marine park and a program of animal shows. It is a long day and the trip out is not short, and the park has attracted animal welfare criticism and a fatal incident in 2025. We cover the hours, tickets, getting there and those concerns in our full guide to Safari World Bangkok tickets, hours and how to get there.

Dream World
Dream World is the park with rides, a cable car and Snow Town, an indoor snow area, in Thanyaburi, Pathum Thani, on the Rangsit-Ongkharak Road. It is outside the City of Bangkok, so allow time for the journey, and see our guide to how far Dream World is from Bangkok for distances and routes. Its Thai ticket page lists a gate pass at 300 baht for adults and 250 baht for children, with children up to 90 cm free at the gate, an all-ride ticket at 680 baht, and Snow Town as a separate 190 baht ticket. The park's information page gives weekday hours of 10:00 to 17:00 and weekend and holiday hours of 10:00 to 18:00. Klook sells the Dream World ticket.
Which one to pick
- Rain, toddlers or a short visit: SEA LIFE Bangkok, because it is indoors and on the BTS.
- A hot day and older children: Siam Amazing Park for its water park, once you have confirmed it is open.
- A full day with a car or driver: Safari World, with the safety and welfare facts in mind.
- Classic rides and a snow room: Dream World, with extra travel time because it is in Pathum Thani.
