Siam Amazing Park is the amusement park and water park long known as Siam Park City, or Suan Siam in Thai, on the eastern edge of Bangkok in Khan Na Yao district. It celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2010, and one day ticket covers both halves: roller coasters and family rides on one side, and on the other a wave pool that the park says Guinness World Records certified as the largest in the world.

It suits families with children and groups of friends making a full day of it. Tickets are priced by height rather than age, and children under 100 cm go free. The park is well away from the center, so plan the journey: the nearest rail link is the MRT Pink Line, with a bus or motorcycle taxi for the last stretch, and there is free covered parking for more than 1,000 cars.

The water park

Water World centers on the giant wave pool, with the Speed Slide, a seven-color slide as tall as a seven-storey building, and the Super Spiral for older children and adults. Si-Am Lagoon, opened in 2017 with rides from the Canadian maker ProSlide, is the family zone, and Ranger's Pirate Lagoon, opened in 2025, has pirate-themed slides for children between 101 and 130 cm. The park enforces swimwear rules, so pack proper swimwear rather than shorts and T-shirts.

The big rides

Xtreme World holds the thrill rides: Vortex, a suspended looping roller coaster from the Dutch maker Vekoma, the Boomerang coaster, the Giant Drop free-fall tower and a log flume. Most need riders to be at least 131 cm tall, and Ranger needs 141 cm.

Dinosaurs, safari rides and small children

Adventure World sends visitors by jeep past more than 60 dinosaur models on the Jurassic Adventure ride. In Family World, Africa Adventure travels by boat and train past more than 300 animal models, and Si-Am Tower gives a 360-degree view over the park. Small World has mini rides for children up to 130 cm, from swan boats to a climbing play area.

Bangkok World

At the entrance, Bangkok World opened in 2022 on about 70 rai, with buildings modeled on Bangkok architecture past and present, Thai food, cultural shows and products from community enterprises around the country.

Swimsuits, swim shirts and swim trunks without buttons, zips or metal parts. Street clothes, jeans, skirts, jackets and underwear are not allowed, and footwear and eyewear cannot go on the slides. Swimwear and swim tubes can be rented or bought at the park.

Yes. Luggage-size digital lockers at the ticketing hall cost THB 120 a day, and the water park club house has digital, RFID and coin lockers from THB 20, plus free locker space if you bring your own padlock.
