Bangkok's day-spa chains cluster along the BTS Sukhumvit line, from CentralWorld and Chit Lom to Asok, Phrom Phong and Thonglor, which makes a massage easy to fit between sights. This guide covers those chains and how to book them. For the massage school at Wat Pho and the hotel spas, see our guide to where to get a Thai massage in Bangkok, and for a price comparison across all three kinds of place, read how much a massage costs in Bangkok.

Hours, nearest exits and menus below come from each spa's own website, checked on October 3, 2026. Klook sells advance vouchers for most of them, and the links point to the exact branch product.

Where a day spa fits

A day spa is the middle option. Compared with the temple, it gives you a fixed menu, an air-conditioned room, late opening hours and, usually, online booking. Compared with a hotel spa, it costs far less and takes no planning around check-in. The chains below also run several branches, so the same menu is available wherever you happen to be staying.

Siam and Chit Lom

Let's Relax Spa's CentralWorld branch is on the 2nd floor, in the Dazzle Zone of the mall. The spa gives BTS Siam station, exit 5, as the way in, or a 450-meter walk from Chit Lom station, exit 6. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight. Some of Let's Relax's treatments are branch specific: its Himalayan salt hall, for example, is offered only at its Leisure Space branch at CentralWorld. You can book the branch through Klook as Let's Relax Spa at CentralWorld. The group's onsen branches in Bangkok are Thonglor, Lumpini and Ratchadamri, and we list Let's Relax Onsen and Spa Ratchadamri separately.

One More Thai Massage has its flagship at 993 Phloen Chit Road in Chit Lom, which it calls its first and largest branch, and a second branch at 20/4 Sukhumvit 39 near Phrom Phong. Both are open daily from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. The Chit Lom branch is on Klook as One More Thai Massage and Spa at Chit Lom.

Asok

Health Land Asoke is at 55/5 Sukhumvit 21, open daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. The spa says it is about a 5-minute walk from BTS Asok, exit 1, heading south along Sukhumvit 21, or from MRT Sukhumvit, exit 3, and close to Terminal 21. Walk-ins are welcome, though Health Land recommends booking in advance for evenings and weekends. It runs eight branches across Bangkok, and its menu includes Ayurvedic treatments alongside traditional Thai massage. Klook sells Health Land Asoke vouchers.

DIORA Luxe Sukhumvit is at 4 Soi Sukhumvit 12, about 350 meters from BTS Asok (exit 2 or 5) and MRT Sukhumvit (exit 3), behind Korean Town. It is open daily from 9 a.m. to midnight, offers free parking, and takes bookings by phone, WhatsApp, WeChat and LINE. Klook lists DIORA Luxe Sukhumvit, and DIORA's site shows other branches at Langsuan, Asoke and Lumpini plus an onsen spa in Sathorn.

Phrom Phong and Thonglor

Lek Gold is on Sukhumvit 24. Lek's own page gives the directions: BTS Phrom Phong, exit 4, then about 20 meters into the soi, next to a 7-Eleven. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. and lists foot, neck and shoulder, Thai, herbal compress, aroma oil, hot stone and facial massage among its services. Klook lists two Sukhumvit 24 products, Lek Gold Massage and Spa and Lek Massage and Salon, so make sure you pick the branch you mean.

Once Upon A Thai Spa has branches at Phrom Phong and Ratchadamri and lists daily hours of 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Its Phrom Phong branch is on Klook as Once Upon A Thai Spa and Massage at Phrom Phong.

Let's Relax Onsen and Spa Thonglor is on the 5th floor of Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55. Its site gives BTS Thong Lo, exit 3, as an 800-meter walk or a motorbike-taxi ride, and notes parking at the hotel. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to midnight. The onsen uses hot-spring powder imported from Gero, Japan, with a sauna, steam room and temperature-controlled rooms alongside. Klook sells it as Let's Relax Onsen and Spa Thonglor.

Booking a voucher or walking in

A Klook voucher is tied to the branch and treatment named on its page, so read the product page for the date rules, time slots and cancellation terms; we do not copy them here because they change. If your plans are loose, the spa's own menu is the comparison point for a walk-in price, and some menus say a treatment is only available at selected branches. Let's Relax's menu says to inquire before booking its herbal steam, floral bath and some packages, for example.

Staying safe and comfortable

  • Tell the therapist first. Mention injuries, pregnancy or health conditions before the session starts, and say at once if the pressure is too strong. Thai massage can be firm.
  • Know the risks. The U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says harm from massage appears to be low, but that rare serious problems such as blood clots, nerve injuries and bone fractures have been reported, mostly with vigorous deep-tissue work or in vulnerable people. It advises against using massage to put off seeing a clinician about a medical problem.
  • Check what you are buying. Compare the treatment length and price on the spa's own menu with the voucher, and ask what the price includes.
  • Tip as you see fit. Our guide to tipping in Bangkok explains the custom.

Thai massage has real standing: UNESCO added traditional Thai massage to its Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in December 2019, according to the Tourism Authority of Thailand.

Q. Do I need to book a massage in Bangkok?+
Not always. Health Land says walk-ins are welcome at its Asoke branch but recommends booking in advance, especially for evenings and weekends. If you want a specific branch, time or treatment, book ahead on the spa's site or through a voucher.
Q. How long is a Thai massage session?+
On Let's Relax Spa's menu, a Thai massage is 120 minutes, and a foot massage runs 45 or 60 minutes. Health Land lists its traditional Thai massage as 120 minutes. Checked October 3, 2026.
Q. How much does a chain spa charge for Thai massage?+
Let's Relax lists a 120-minute Thai massage at THB 1,300 and a 60-minute foot massage at THB 875. Health Land's treatments page lists a 120-minute traditional Thai massage at 700 baht. Menus change and some treatments apply only to selected branches. Checked October 3, 2026. Our price guide compares chains with Wat Pho and hotel spas.
Q. Which of these spas have an onsen?+
Let's Relax says its onsen is available at its branches in Pattaya, Thonglor, Lumpini and Ratchadamri, with a 60-minute onsen session listed at THB 750 on its menu. DIORA's site also lists an onsen spa in Sathorn.
Q. Is Thai massage safe for everyone?+
Tell the therapist about injuries, pregnancy or health conditions first. The U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says harm from massage appears to be low, with rare serious complications reported, mostly with vigorous deep-tissue work or in vulnerable people. It advises talking to your health care provider about concerns before treatment.
Q. Can I use a Klook voucher at any branch?+
No. A voucher names a specific branch and treatment, and Klook lists separate products for branches such as Lek Gold and Lek Massage and Salon on Sukhumvit 24. Read the product page before you buy.
Q. What is the difference between Thai massage and an oil massage?+
On Let's Relax's menu, Thai massage is done through stretching and acupressure techniques, while oil treatments such as aromatherapy and warm oil massage use oils. Menus describe each treatment, so ask the spa which one suits your needs.
