Sky Bar is the circular open-air bar on the 64th floor of State Tower, 247 meters above Silom Road, where a color-changing island bar glows against the city at night. lebua has run it for more than two decades, and it is the bar most visitors picture when they think of The Dome at lebua: it appeared in The Hangover Part II, and the Hangovertini was created for the film's cast.

It suits a first trip to Bangkok, a drink with the famous view before or after dinner, and anyone who wants the skyline without committing to a full meal. It is walk-in only and serves drinks rather than food. State Tower is in Bang Rak, and lebua puts Saphan Taksin BTS station roughly five minutes' walk from the entrance.

Sky Bar and Sirocco

Sky Bar is a sibling of Sirocco, lebua's open-air Mediterranean restaurant under the golden dome. Both belong to The Dome at lebua, the collection of restaurants and bars on the tower's upper floors run by lebua Hotels and Resorts, and the two were the venues that appeared in the film. Sky Bar sits a few steps from Sirocco, and lebua suggests treating them as one evening: book Sirocco for dinner, then walk over to Sky Bar for a drink, or the other way round. The difference in practice is that Sirocco needs a reservation and serves a full menu, while Sky Bar takes no bookings and pours drinks only.

The list opens with signature cocktails named after Bangkok places and habits, from a BTS Highball to a Sunset at Chao Phraya, alongside the Hangovertini, Champagne packages with caviar and a long whisky selection.
