Rooms and suites

Superior and Deluxe rooms are both about 30 square meters, with wooden floors, 55-inch televisions and rain showers; the Superior has a classic look and the Deluxe a more contemporary one. Executive Rooms sit on the Premier floors, 16 to 18, and include the Premier Lounge for breakfast, evening snacks and cocktails. Among the suites, the Mezzanine Suite on the top floors is set up for families, the Paul Dubrule Suite has a private plunge pool on a terrace, and the D.K. Lam Suite has a Jacuzzi looking over the city. The whole hotel is non-smoking.

Families

Beyond the free stays for children, king and queen rooms have a sofa that can be made up as a child's bed, baby cots are free on request, and a second room for children can come at half price under the Novotel Family Offer when available. The pool deck has a separate children's pool, and restaurants offer children's menus.

Pool, fitness and spa

Everything is on the 4th floor. Splash Poolside is the outdoor pool, unheated, with loungers, umbrellas and a poolside bar. In Balance Fitness has cardio and strength machines, free weights, yoga equipment and separate men's and women's saunas. Tammachart Day Spa, whose name means natural in Thai, uses locally sourced organic products for Thai massage, body treatments, facials, manicures and reflexology, and also sends therapists to guest rooms.

Meetings

Seven meeting rooms include CM Square, four rooms with wall-to-wall LED screens, and The Elements on the 4th floor, four daylit rooms with a pool view that combine for up to 400 guests.

Restaurants and bars

Dining is casual and runs all day, with 24-hour room service on top.

The Square, on the 2nd floor, is the buffet restaurant: an international breakfast buffet with halal, Indian and Thai choices, then Chinese buffets built around dim sum, with a premium tier that adds grilled giant river prawns and suckling pig. Children under 6 eat free and those aged 6 to 12 pay half.

Gourmet Bar fills the lobby under high ceilings and glass walls, serving breakfast classics, Thai and Western dishes, sharing plates, a children's menu and mixologist cocktails, with monthly chef specials and live music.

La Brioche is the lobby dessert shop, with sweet and savory pastries, cakes made to order, tea blends and coffee.

Splash Poolside serves breakfast, lunch and Thai and international snacks by the pool, with cocktails and mocktails.

Tammachart Day Spa takes walk-in guests as well as hotel guests; booking ahead is recommended.
